A Tale Of 2 Syrahs
$40.00
Whiskey To Swashbuckler
$45.00

When we first started putting red wine into whiskey barrels, it almost instantly became our more popular Cellar Series wine.

When we started aging barreled red wine in shipping containers in our parking lot through the summer, it almost instantly became our 2nd most popular Cellar Series wine.

So now, we’ve combined the two, aging 1792 and Kentucky Owl whiskey barrels in a shipping
container for 10 months for a giant flavor experience. Bold and brash, much like the pirates lifestyle we named it after, this wine is full of dark fruit with a sweet and strong finish to keep you coming back for more!

Mousse Juice
$28.00

Meet our first dry sparkling wine, Mousse Juice! Since we don't have the equipment to make sparklers at our winery, we enlisted some help from our friends at August Hill Winery in Illinois to make this 100% Chambourcin rosé, with just the right amount of bubbles. Cheers to that!

2023 Old Son Chamboucin
$36.00

hambourcin, the state red grape of Kansas, makes up a little under 50% of the acreage planted at Grace Hill’s Vineyards. And naturally, it’s not planted in just one block of the vineyard, but 4 different ones.

This particular wine is made from two of those blocks. Our Old Vine Chambourcin, the oldest vines in our vineyard, which were planted in 2005, comprised half of it, while the other half comes from our Second Son block, which are on the far end of our vineyard and planted in 2010, named Second Son because they tend to be neglected like a second son (our founder Dave was a second son and came up with this name of course!)

2024 Senator's Secret Stash
$26.00

A combination of a Kansas State Senator’s and Grace Hill grapes, the blend for this one tends to be a little different each year, making its exact provenance a bit of a mystery!

Barrel fermentation brings about a complexity and aromas of lime zest and honeysuckle are subtly balanced with vanilla. On the palette notes of apple and pear lead to a beautiful finish.

2024 Tempranillo
$40.00

2023 and 2024 were the most trying years we have ever had in the Grace Hill Vineyard. Between a late frost in 2023 and a microburst/hail storm in 2024, we lost about 85% of our crop each year. When you don’t have any of your own grapes to make wine with, you have to get creative, which is exactly what we have done.

We brought in grapes from Clarksburg, California, which we crushed, fermented, and aged here at Grace Hill. This Tempranillo was aged in second use oak barrels for 8 months, and bursts with dark fruit flavors, rich tannins, and represents a new frontier for us here at Grace Hill that we can’t wait to explore!
