Each course in this exclusive dinner has been thoughtfully paired with your choice of Grace Hill sweet or dry wine, creating a warm and indulgent evening just in time for the holidays.
Enjoy a beautifully curated five-course dining experience featuring:
First Course: Smoked Oyster Mousse with crispy shallot
Salad Course: Maple–Mustard Kale with orecchiette, roasted chickpeas, sun-dried tomato, sweet pepper, lemon, and fresh herbs
Third Course: Seared scallop with asparagus, lemon, and herb oil
Fourth Course: Red wine–braised beef shank (Osso Buco) served with black pepper Parmigiano polenta
Dessert: Ube cheesecake with black sesame and a bright hint of lime
