Chambourcin (pronounced Sham-burr-sin) is the state red grape of Kansas. It’s also our most widely planted grape at Grace Hill, which means we like to show it off. This easy drinking red can be enjoyed chilled or room temperature, and shows off the bright red fruit flavors that make Chambourcin such a fun grape to make wine with!
