Each course in this exclusive dinner has been thoughtfully paired with your choice of Grace Hill sweet or dry wine, creating a warm and indulgent evening just in time for the holidays.

Course One
Warm smoked sweet potato purée topped with caramelized apple and a light spiced nut dust.

Pear, fennel & arugula salad with warm bacon–shallot vinaigrette.

Course Three
Seared chicken with sautéed mushrooms, warm corn & brie, and roasted asparagus.

Course Four
Steak medallion with blackberry–red wine reduction & Gruyère potato.

Course Five
Spiced mascarpone cloud with fig compote.
