If you've ever been to a winery, you've probably noticed the awesome looking stacks of barrels. And if you ever wondered what the purpose of those barrels are, as well as what different types of flavors things like American, French, and Hungarian oaks impart in wine, here's your chance! FYI these will all be dry wines.
Grace Hill Founder Dave Sollo and local sommelier Adam Perkins will take you through our winery barrels, highlighting the differences in different oaking techniques. Small bites will accompany the flights as well.
