With summer bearing down upon us, our resident chefs Keith & Laura have prepared a delectable afternoon of tasty treats to help you beat the heat! The menu looks like this:
1st Course - Caprese Salad w/ Champagne Vinaigrette
2nd Course - Onion Raclette Tart
3rd Course - Pork Loin Skewer w/ Aged Gouda & Apricot Mustard
4 - Watermelon Feta Mint Salad w/ Balsamic Reduction
5 - Pistachio Butter Cookie w/ Cambozola & Chocolate Truffle
Each course will be paired with your choice of a sweet or a dry wine, meaning no matter if you like your wines sweet or if you like them dry, we will have a wine for you.
Also, we do have Vegetarian and Gluten Free food options as well. The portions are meant as hors d'oeuvres so please do not come expecting a full 5 course meal.
